Vintage cookery books

More car-boot finds
Five little Stork books
The one for holiday food suggests taking a risotto on holiday..??? 
An the one on the left, 'The ABC of Cookery'
was published by the Ministry of Food just after the war.  
Enlarge the recipe page on the left.... Dried eggs.. Yuck!
The recipe is from the 'Kitchen Wisdom' book on the right
Look at how delicious the flan looks .. or not!
