Her body is made from calico, she is stuffed with what feels like wood shavings, her legs are molded flesh coloured porcelain and her shoes have painted on with a gold glaze.
They were a bargin I paid just a few pounds for them, I wish I could renew my own with a pair like this.Has anyone any ideas when they were made? what era I was thinking maybe 1950's.
I have been bashing on about these legs being female but I know men with legs just as good as these so who knows...... I may be making a big mistake.
The only thing is I have no idea what to do with them now I have them, maybe I'll ebay them at a later date, if I don't get a brain wave in the near future.
I would have brought those legs and then wondered what to do with them! Pleased I am not alone. Maybe the legs would love to belong to a head and arms and have been waiting for you to come along and give them another chance. Go do it. x
