Hannah

Hannah looks after all the lost children of the world, she keeps them safe keeping them very close, so close that they have become part of her.

Hannah is a new doll I have been working on this Easter, she is a stump doll made from calico and artists acrylic paints and vintage buttons.

I haven't decided if she is finished yet... still a work in progress.. I'm pleased so far.

  2. Hannah is amazing. I love the subdued colours. Have you seen Sarah Lechners work on 'Beyond a glimpse'? She does tapestries with wonderful stories like this. its lovely to see a story evolving from the doll.

  3. I'm really, really lovin' this piece. The story that goes with her and the images of the children around her base are wonderful. I can't think of anything you could add to her - she looks done to me! Beautifully done!
